To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新記嘅車仔麵，我已經食咗超過10年，香港好少有小店可以開足10年但係質素仍然可以保持不變。新記最出名嘅係佢嘅辣汁，鍾意食辣嘅朋友仔絕對唔可以錯過。以下張相就係我經常性都會嗌嘅餸菜，包括滷水雞翼，白菜仔，同埋辣豬紅。佢嘅滷水雞翼同埋辣豬紅非常入味，白菜仔新鮮，唔會煮得太生或者太淋。另外主食我係基本上都叫粉絲嘅，因為吸左啲湯底，食落去真係啖啖好味。新嘅唯一令人垢病嘅係絕對唔好期望有服務，因為你一定會失望。
