To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仍然好味, 仲好平添

呢間麵店食左好多年, 當年都成日幚襯, 唔只平, 仲要係好食.因為食過其他餃子店, 但仍然覺得佢最好, 所以再突登去食懷緬一下我最愛的菜肉雲吞麵.  呢個年代, 大碗麵再加4大粒菜肉雲吞都係$21, 邊度有??  即使係其他麵食如牛腩, 牛什, 炸醬, 雲吞, 丸等既麵都係$21, 死未??麵店多年來都冇變, 裝潢當然唔能夠同譚仔, 翠華佢地比, 但有的是實力同衛生, 即使陳舊但感覺衛生, 不會笠次次的.菜肉雲吞係多菜少肉, 但好夠味的, 不會覺得很淡, 所以我很喜歡吃.  麵是蛋麵, 粉量足夠, 不是兩箸不飽那種, 湯底OK啦.  朋友叫了牛腩麵, 牛腩份量不少, 麵是生麵(可要求轉蛋麵), 份量好似比蛋麵少D啦, 但牛腩都不少, 偷吃了兩塊, 好淋好入味, 好正, $21真係超值呢!!!!!其實仲有佢最出名既豬扒麵 $23, 豬扒即炸, 薄薄的很大塊很夠味的, 當日好多枱都有叫, 同埋佢既担担麵都好食, 下次會再去懷緬下, 支持老店
