第一次黎食個時,係因為見到西打哥既食評,然後叫fiancé 帶我黎食😂多年來仍然最愛豉油撈麵,平日絕對唔掂豬油,我媽每次用啲肥豬膏炸出黎既油撈麵或者煮餸,我都好抗拒,因為我覺得好勁豬羶味,但長發既豬油就完全無呢個問題,我媽聽到我食豬油,佢反問我:你唔係唔食架咩?😂😂今次帶左同事黎食,介紹左俾佢都兩年,趁收早帶佢試下長發。長發既豉油係鹹中帶甜,當我將豬油、豉油同香蔥撈勻一齊,每條麵條麵沾滿住醬油,真係好興奮!不過有時黎到會唔好彩食到有鹼水味☹️好彩今次無!腥如果有就大扣分!因為無熱湯浸住,要快啲趁熱食,特別係冬天,凍得好快!無餸都一樣食得津津有味,麵條非常有嚼勁,因為偏愛硬身麵質,我好鍾意呢個韌度,爽彈得黎夠韌,富鴨蛋香,再飲一啖大地魚湯,配埋呢度既魚蛋同墨丸就更加錦上添花!魚蛋同坊間好唔同,入口係彈牙得黎好軟,好輕身,感覺似啲疏乎里pancake咁好綿好軟!魚香充斥住魚香,一啲都唔腥。墨丸同黃明記一樣有落馬蹄,但呢度食落唔會淋同粉,係有啲彈牙,食到墨魚粒同墨魚味,好食好多!我地重點左碟芥蘭,如果芥蘭摵埋花就好喇😂同事叫左枝玻璃樽忌廉,回憶下兒時去士多買汽水既情懷。唔知點解佢一時入鋪又一時

唔知點解佢一時入鋪又一時出返發街邊,坐街邊最唔好就係啲店員係度食煙,一邊食一邊食埋二手煙🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️我至憎煙⋯⋯呢樣要改善。
