To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日路經九龍城，見間餐廳門面幾得意，就入去試吓。叫了一客煙三文魚忌廉芝士酸種多士，個名好吸引，點知嚟到，件多士好似食過咁，煙三文魚得薄薄4片，忌廉芝士好求其淨搽係多士中心，仲要係好少，咁諗住自己將忌廉搽開啦，但忌廉少到多士兩边都搽唔到，好似食齋多士咁。唔服氣，就上嚟睇吓有冇人放相片，睇吓係咪都係咁少，如果都係咁就算數，點知見其他人嘅唔係咁樣，我就問侍應點解我喱客係咁少料？淨係應我幫你問吓，點知無哂影，無再應我，當無聽過無事咁。。。搞錯，我真係好鬼谷氣，付相同價錢，但無同等質量食物，仲要無同你解釋，亦無一句唔好意思，咁做生意，唔怪之得之香港食肆越嚟越死。永遠唔再幫襯😡
