To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 外母生日想在九龍區吃北京烤鴨, 不知何解選擇了東來順, 這以火鍋為主軸的中菜餐廳. 說回香港的東來順, 和大陸版本除了裝橫Luxurious得多, 而且價錢昂貴得多之外, 也提供了火鍋以外的不少巧手菜式, 甚至有點”妹仔大過主人婆”的意味, 像是我們預訂了的鶴湖蟹影, 碟中的仙鶴擺設, 絕對成為全場焦點. 它是蟹膏蟹肉龍蝦鍋巴, 配以蟹狀的薑茶凍. 除了外表吸引外, 菜式在味道和口感上的層次也做得很不錯, 濃香的蟹膏和柔軟的蟹肉, 中間有微爽帶鮮的龍蝦粒, 底部香脆的鍋巴吸收了前者的精華, 比起一般的蟹粉蟹膏更複雜更可口, 薑茶凍除了比一般薑茶更易入口外, 外表上也更可愛, 更吸引到食客.松子桂魚和黃金大餅同樣做得出色, 太太點的眼光相當不錯. 桂魚外皮香脆, 就算淋上糖醋汁也沒有變軟, 內裡肉質實在, 夾起來保持原型. 糖醋汁甜中帶果香, 酸度柔和, 沒有一聞起來就有刺鼻的味道. 黃金大餅香酥鬆軟, 蔥油可喜但如果份量再多一點就更完美. 反而今次的主角北京烤鴨有點失望, 鴨油酥香但鴨皮不夠香脆, 焦香也少了一點. 配料和甜麵醬沒有問題, 但起肉和起皮的刀工還有改進的地方, 皮中帶肉,

Dong Lai Shun HK is much more luxurious than those in mainland China, no matter in decoration and the style of cuisine. We can taste a lot of complicated Beijing and Shanghai style cuisines here. One of the most famous one is crab yellow and lobster with the rice cracker. The taste and texture is extreme fresh and rich. The crane in the middle of the dish makes it extremely descent. The roasted duck is not as good as our expectation as the skin is not crispy enough.
