To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

據聞「潤」係灣仔區其中一間最難訂檯嘅中菜廳，所以提早好耐就book左今個星期五，黎個happy friday！餐廳主打精緻中菜，平日午餐除左有散叫點心之外，亦有兩款商務午餐。今日我就試左貴少少嘅788套餐。頭盤有入口即溶嘅🇪🇸西班牙黑毛豬叉燒、海蜇頭同埋平時比較少機會食嘅鵪鶉！侍應哥哥會好細心咁介紹進食嘅次序接下來嘅湯係我最喜歡嘅響螺湯用左棗皇同本地新鮮豬肉燉，火候十足！下一道菜嘅烏雞略嫌比較老，炒得亦比較油，扣少少分全餐飯最期待嘅，當然係呢道鮑魚扣海參啦侍應哥哥一打開個蓋嘅時候已經香氣撲鼻，而單睇鮑魚嘅色澤就知道大廚炆得好靚。食落去更加係一絕海參亦同樣出色，唔會腥之餘，仲有淡淡嘅清香。
