今天中午和朋友一起来位于湾仔瑞吉酒店内的黑珍珠二钻和米其林二星餐厅Run润,吃高级粤菜。餐厅位于湾仔地理位置优越,交通方便。Run润是由星际名厨洪师傅执掌,用当代手法烹制粤菜,菜品精致创意十足!
润餐厅是由设计师傅厚民André Fu 以中国传统茶馆建筑为灵感而设计,灯饰采用传统中国灯笼轮廓制成的玻璃立方体和青铜色散发出柔和的大气光泽,环境是干净利落的现代风格。
{烟燻卤水鸭肝配脆馒头}这是餐厅的招牌菜,卤水鸭肝真的充满了烟熏的味道,服务员打开容器,烟雾会散开。将鸭肝放在脆馒头片上一起吃,又脆又香,鸭肝很丝滑。🤤
{海苔龙虾春卷}-🦞这道菜是点心里的特色,春卷外皮酥脆,内陷是满满的龙虾肉,搭配起来又脆又Q弹的口感。
{麻辣鸡粒海参粿}-海参造型的点心内里是麻辣的鸡粒,吃起来也不油腻,有点辣味的鸡粒很有风味。
{原个椰皇海带杞子炖鲍鱼}-🥥先蒸椰皇逼出椰子油,再加入鲜椰汁配上汤料一起炖煮,很清甜,汤里的鲍鱼个头很大吃起来也很Q弹
{西班牙黑豚肉叉烧}-西班牙伊比利亚猪肩肉,肉质绵软,可以锁住汁水。

昨晚一家人去食飯,本來係想開開心心。其他的侍應係餐與餐之間轉碟或者叉既時候,都會講聲唔好意思之類既說話。而唯獨得一位男侍應,係放碟既時候,係放每一個既碟既時候,都係用拋既方式。當放下既時候唔會理你做緊咩,係咪傾緊計。而係係你同家人談話時,直接衝過來,唔聲唔聲就丟一隻碟係你面前。重要係次次都係咁。遠距離地拋丟擺放餐具,我人生真係第一次見。唔知以為睇雜技😀正常應該係行過來你旁邊,然後輕放在檯面上。個碟或餐具係不會係檯面進行跳躍先落檯面。食物上正常。但只係服務已經可以唔洗去。
