Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮮魚湯蠔仔肉碎湯飯($49。)、番茄肉碎($33,下午茶時段*14:00-17:30。它不是那種放了番茄膏的番茄濃湯底,而是新鮮又真切的番茄味,加上鮮魚湯的鮮味,肉碎的肉味都突出。這個湯底真的很不錯,味道又真又健康,個人絕對會回頭亦都很推薦!)、

寫著寫著食評,原來在這家店真的都嚐了不少不同的食物。認真!湯底真的很重要,最出色就是做到又健康又美味,百吃不厭,在這裡就真的做得不錯,難怪有時都會有人排隊。不誇張地說,每星期最少會去1次,最多甚至4次,是會令人上癮的味道!
