To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前已在K11食過呢間＜新加坡文華酒店＞的過江龍東南亞菜。今日見太古都開左間Chatterbox express，一於入去再回味一下。人氣海南雞真是名不虛傳，經上湯浸煮皮爽 、雞肉嫩滑且富彈性。油飯用獨特香料炮製香味十足。每日鮮打的薑蓉及特制的豉油，用嚟點雞件同吃更添美味。湯底有好多配料，味道夠晒正宗， 有大蝦、 魚片頭、 豆卜、芽菜 及 雞蛋等……湯頭是叻沙的美味靈魂，一碗兼具甜、鹹且微辣的濃濃南洋味湯麵，大大刺激夏天不振的食慾。最後，喝一杯蘋果茶和豆漿涼粉冰 ，解渴又怡神。
