To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 拍拖又唔一定係要浪漫的燭光晚餐嘅,我同老公都好鍾意食中菜,常常都會去酒樓大排檔食飯的,今晚穩穩陣陣富臨食餐飯,但出品都幾唔錯架,值得寫篇食評讚讚佢!第一道出場就係燒乳鴿,看圖片好似個皮燒得幾dry ,不過我覺得可以燒得再乾身啲,食落更甘脆香口。蠔仔肉碎煮涼瓜,對於我來講係一個幾新穎的配搭,其實由於涼瓜呢個成份係老公指明要食話清熱氣,咁我食落我覺得啲蠔仔幾juicy幾可口,肉碎又幾香,但我本人唔鍾意食苦瓜,所以對苦瓜個方面冇意見。叫了金蒜銀絲蒸帶子,未上菜之前都十五十六 ,因為之前試過在另一間連鎖酒樓叫過同一款菜式,出來的成品令人十分之失望!粒帶子好霉,而且同個貝殼係分離的,而且勁多油,啲蒜蓉味有太重,粒帶子冇鮮味.... 算啦往事不必再提,總之今晚呢味蒸帶子見到實物之後令我十分之喜出望外,因為見到圖片同實物竟然係相符的!而且粒帶子又彈牙,又鮮美,廚房師傅仲好細心咁樣切開個帶子開邊蒸,令到帶子的肉可以比較平均咁樣受熱,上面亦都可以有比較大的面積讓蒜蓉提升了帶子的鮮,粉絲吸收了帶子的鮮味同蒜蓉的香,而且煮得好入味,單食呢個粉絲都已經覺得好滿足!行緊入去嗰陣見好多台客都有叫鐵板豬手,看來係

蠔仔肉碎煮涼瓜,對於我來講係一個幾新穎的配搭,其實由於涼瓜呢個成份係老公指明要食話清熱氣,咁我食落我覺得啲蠔仔幾juicy幾可口,肉碎又幾香,但我本人唔鍾意食苦瓜,所以對苦瓜個方面冇意見。

叫了金蒜銀絲蒸帶子,未上菜之前都十五十六 ,因為之前試過在另一間連鎖酒樓叫過同一款菜式,出來的成品令人十分之失望!粒帶子好霉,而且同個貝殼係分離的,而且勁多油,啲蒜蓉味有太重,粒帶子冇鮮味.... 算啦往事不必再提,總之今晚呢味蒸帶子見到實物之後令我十分之喜出望外,因為見到圖片同實物竟然係相符的!

行緊入去嗰陣見好多台客都有叫鐵板豬手,看來係招牌菜,於是我哋又叫個來試下囉。個豬手真係唔錯!煮得好淋,而且個黑椒汁真係好正,黑椒味夠濃郁好惹味,當黑椒汁淋上鐵板的一剎那,鐵板的熱力瞬間將黑椒汁的香氣向四面八方噴射,令人精神為之一振,除了可以有味覺上的享受,連嗅覺都被刺激到,食慾大增!每一啖豬手無論係豬肉或者係豬皮都煮得好入味,同埋個姐姐砌豬手既size適中,基本上無咩肉會痴著舊豬骨度,一個表面上冇乜殺傷力的師奶,原來刀工咁好!

見價錢都幾相宜,於是我地就叫埋一人一隻南非鮑魚!果皮蒸的味道,令到鮑魚的鮮味提升了一個層次,縱使鮑魚肉好厚身,但蒸得夠火候,令到鮑魚肉唔太淋得來夠彈牙夠口感!


今晚呢餐飯食物質素都算幾高,其實心裏面係覺得幾安慰的,因為有時幫襯連鎖酒樓是心裏面會有少少忐忑怕水準有參差,但今晚富臨的表現很好,令人可以再次安心食用!
