To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想找個地方吃下午茶，見到街知巷聞的大家樂，就入去試一下。這家大家樂餐廳樓面幾廣闊，地方上算乾淨衛生，裝修清新簡潔。我去的時候是下午茶時間，所以人不算太多，坐得幾舒服。但當時已是下午茶時段的後尾部，大概是下午五時，所以部分茶餐已受售罄，例如我最喜愛的叉燒湯奶粉，已經售罄了。看見有炒意粉咖哩角，賣相機吸引，所以就點來一試。炒意粉給我一個驚喜，鑊氣十足，不算太鹹和油膩，但加了些蒜頭薑蔥，所以炒得很香。咖哩角也是脆口熱辣辣的，所以我也忍不住在點多一份。
