To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間來自星加坡的海南雞飯店，剛剛開店的時候是長龍店，現在因為疫情關係，不用排隊便可進來。文華海南雞飯$108，跟星加坡一樣，有三種醬汁，分別是黑醬油、羗蓉和辣椒醬，其中以黑醬油的香濃，最能帶趕海南雞的鮮味。海南雞肉鮮嫩，味道十足，配上香濃的雞油飯，令人回味無窮。新加坡肉骨茶麵線$108，檸檬薏米水加$6。新加坡肉骨茶麵線，肉骨茶的藥材味道香濃，排骨鮮嫩美味，胡椒味道十足，加上有一個大大的蒜頭，絕對是星洲的名菜。下午茶鹹蛋黃雞翼$48，鹹蛋味道香濃，配上香脆的雞翼，很有風味。檸檬薏米水，薏米味道香濃，帶點檸檬的微酸味。下午茶鹹蛋黃雞翼$48，鹹蛋味道香濃，配上香脆的雞翼，很有風味。醬油生菜$25。
