To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如癡如醉,所以再次光臨😆第一次幫襯渝痴漁醉竟然係係外賣平台度嗌。銅記送到灣仔,啲魚仍然係脆卜卜。當下就俾佢嘅豆花烤魚迷倒了。所以之後又同friend子到現場考察。果次就係試佢嘅放題,cp值勁高👍🏻由於對渝翁招牌豆花烤魚念念不忘,所以又再特登帶埋mala friend子去麻辣下。🏅 渝翁招牌豆花烤魚 🏅可以揀3款🐠: 桂花魚、清江魚、凌波魚。我哋揀咗凌波魚(因為嗰名好得意🤣)。需時15-20分鐘。凌波魚非常新鮮,肉質嫩滑,吸埋啲麻辣汁,係魔鬼與天使嘅混合!叫得做豆花烤魚,當然要有豆腐花。不過,呢度用左百福豆腐啲朋友~but equally good😋😋呢個招牌菜,亮點係個汁。對比起普通麻辣汁,佢嘅汁麻辣得黎,又帶住啲清新嘅味道。Mala Friend子話似係香茅味。就係多咗呢個清新味,成個感覺就升華咗,更加豐富同埋細膩。話雖如此,呢味菜仍然會辣到流鼻水🌶 不過,對於鍾意食辣野嘅朋友,呢個係屬於小小辣、多多趣嘅level😋👎🏻話說呢個招牌菜係以時價及原價計,我哋預期佢會如一般烤魚咁,有配菜。而我第一次叫外賣時,係有勁多唔用配菜,例如蓮藕、金菇等。點知今晚佢上菜嘅時候只係得條魚,貨式不似預期

👍🏻放題火鍋食材都齊全:有一串串嘅蝦同魷魚(雖然細隻,仍然可以滿足口癮)、各種丸、菜類、🍄⋯⋯仲有飲品同啤酒🍻任飲(酒精對friend子黎講好重要😆)

👍🏻小食炸魚糕出奇地高質!外面炸到脆卜卜,入面軟棉棉,有魚鮮味,極力推介😋

👎🏻地方有啲窄,尤其係客人需要到食物區攞嘢食,要非常小心。不過,係寸金尺土嘅香港,大家都訓練有素㗎啦。香港人,能屈能伸😌

👎🏻90分鐘放題有啲趕。都係嗰句,趕係香港人嘅日常🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏼🏃🏻🏃🏼🏃🏽‍♂️無嘢嘅,鬼叫佢咁受歡迎咩😌我6:30入座,舖頭已經就嚟full晒。去到我埋單時,門口仲有好多客等緊位。

🍻離開嘅時候,意猶未盡。無他嘅,有咩爽得過麻辣火鍋加啤酒?但醉翁之意,又何嘗只在酒呢?🍻
