To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 佢呢間嘢六點前收$108一位,冇加一冇其他收費就可以食足90分鐘。可以揀麻辣雞煲、胡椒豬肚雞煲、椰子雞煲、黔江一品煲、山珍八味菌煲、重慶麻辣鍋、秘製羊蝎子煲,仲可以加錢要條烤魚添。啤酒汽水茶嗰啲就任拎嘅,佢哋有一支桃汁幾好味,可以試吓拎嚟飲飲。今次我哋食胡椒豬肚雞煲,豬肚同埋雞嘅份量都好多,胡椒湯就夠晒入味,覺得啲雞唔夠食,出邊仲有好多新鮮雞件可以拎。又有肥牛、豬腩片、菜、丸任拎,一定夠飽。我哋就每人加多$40可以任叫蝦串、魷魚串、滑牛、龍脷魚。其中魷魚串幾出色嘅,如果配落麻辣煲度就一流啦,不過今次就朋友唔食辣。真係食足90分鐘,均真超值。 continue reading

金湯魚片午餐「金湯」原來係類似酸菜魚湯底嘅味道,不過就冇酸菜,個湯橙橙地賣相幾靚,但係個味道就同一般味道嘅酸菜魚冇咩分別,微微酸微微辣。魚片係好滑,冇骨,但係完全冇味!臘味飯臘味飯圖文不符!明明餐牌上嘅臘味飯係平時臘味糯米飯嗰種樣,先點呢個餐。點知嚟到係平時煲飯加幾條臘腸同潤腸喺上面嘅樣 😨😨😨值得讚嘅係佢有自助熱豆漿,正常甜度。環境: ★★☆☆☆ 食物: ★★☆☆☆ 推介度: ★★☆☆☆ continue reading
