To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

令人回味嘅滷水小店

話說某朋友一向識飲識食，大嘅細嘅舖頭，平嘅貴嘅食店，總之好食嘅佢都會去，今次佢又帶我去咗間唔係好起眼，但係食完之後印象好深刻嘅小店，位於大角咀嘅一間滷水，平時好多時都會經過，但係就未食過，印象中每次都幾多人，加上間舖好細，好多時都冇位，今次好在朋友識人留到位。朋友熟行，當然交俾佢發辦，先嚟個鵝掌，雖然冇乜肉，但食到津津有味。之後到鵝肝，正到不得了，肥美嫩滑。仲叫咗蠔餅，香口而唔多油。盲槽同娃娃菜，仲有大鱔煲仔飯又係香味滿滿，燉湯火候亦夠，唔怪得咁多人幫襯，可惜細間啲坐得唔係太舒服。
