下午到九龍城公幹後,想吃個下午茶,路過侯王道見到呢間坤記牛腩, 好似新開,即管入去試下,牛腩絕對是我杯茶, 但看見餐單價錢牌非一般粉麵店價錢, 略貴60%.....何解?店鋪內有很多報導, 細看下原來此店用的是新鮮牛腩,但不知吃落有何分別,看見牆上貼上推介上湯坑腩河,即叫,但我選擇了伊麵底。等一會兒.....到啦到啦,眼前出現一碗非一般牛腩麵, 遠遠已聞到很濃的牛香酥味,坑腩帶薄根膜,層次分明,嚼落有咬口,炆得夠入味,掂!論粉麵,湯底亦很重要,這店賣不是清湯,重牛味, 細問之下原來是用牛骨加上牛頸肉來熬出湯底,到家!咁重本,難怪散叫牛骨湯要$18碗...,但最後我都叫多碗飲,因為真係好好飲。此店沒有花心機於裝修,而重食材,一間小店有如此水準,驚喜!老板應該是老饕一族。
