廿幾年冇入過坪洲了,今倘一行竟然有意想不到的收穫,這廿幾年來結識了一些坪洲的原居民,雖然已遷出市區,但對家鄉美食的概況瞭如指掌,多得好友介紹,令我食咗難忘美味的一餐,𥮉一坐下,老闆娘即報告有咩海鮮供應,說到海捕的有「劑」魚(恕我唔識寫正字,唯有寫同音字),$140一份,真是快人快語,沒法,老公在廚房,樓面就只得她一人,一腳踢,真係少啲效率都唔掂,我唔知佢地係出名煎封,仲問佢點整好,佢於是很自信地說:煎最好,果然不負我所望,食咗呢世人最好味嘅煎魚,我地另外再叫了籠仔蝦蒸飯,豆卜湯和炒玉豆茄子,也頗有水準,全部都是用心製作,睇得出也食得出。
