To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約咗朋友食好耐未食過的上海菜， 揀咗天后的上海弄堂。店內唔算大， 枱櫈有點迫，幸好店員服務殷勤有禮 ，都比到位置同張凳我放包包。牆上懷舊上海照， 勾起我以前上海旅行的回憶 。小籠包四隻熱辣辣上場，即叫即蒸，皮薄同餡料豐富，多肉汁，好juicy，唔錯弄堂菜肉餛飩我心諗鋪如其名應該係招牌菜。果然八粒大大隻， 餡料足， 菜同肉比例適中。 湯底唔會太肥膩，清清地幾啱我口味。擔擔麵我叫咗小辣，麵質幼滑， 整體湯底味道可以， 不過我覺得配料方面可以落足啲例如花生和肉碎多一點，就更加好了。上海炒年糕配料有肉絲同椰菜， 好有家鄉風味，而年糕質感帶淋身，綿軟嗰種， 吸收了濃濃的醬汁 好入味。
