尖沙咀區酒店林立, 以往我們飲食都會選擇去酒店. 現在這區多了好多新派餐廳, Happy hour 及 Dinner 都感覺良好, 今晚去了 Room 3, 門面裝飾幾特別.好喜歡這裡的環境, 座位舒適, 播著潮流音樂, 大家可以輕鬆享受.大型 Bar, 一定有鍾意飲品. 我叫了 Kissaten (dark rum, expresso, raspberry, dry sherry, caramel) 賣相好靚, 酒精味道不太濃烈, 夠清涼! 朋友喜歡 Empress (Girovap redistilled shiso gin, sour apple, lime, jasmine)用好特式 的寶盒載上, 花花及燈光擺設, 好 Grand, 大家 CHEERS !!無花果脆薯蟹籽沙律, 盛器同食物同樣有魅力. 脆薯如絲般細緻, 無花果味道獨特軟綿綿, 混合蟹籽沙律菜, 入口又爽又清新, 非常討好. 脆核桃小女子小甜魚, 好精緻小食, 脆核桃及小甜魚都炸得香脆, 一流佐酒小食. 迷你蟹王蟹肉窩夫撻 (三隻) , 窩夫撻盛滿蟹肉蟹籽, 鮮味十足,
