To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於土瓜灣馬頭角道33號欣榮商場地下8至10號舖的翠華餐廳,主打港式茶餐廳食物。當天為佛誕(公眾假期),筆者與家人於晚上七時入座。當晚入座率約為六成。翠華的燈光明亮,而且店舖環境和桌面也頗為乾淨整潔。店舖採用手機掃描二維碼下單,下單約十分鐘,食物便陸續上桌了。。📌神之叉燒飯 套餐 - $90配熱飲及時菜Chef's Specials - Steamed Rice with BBQ Pork & Scrambled Egg With Coffee/ Tea / Soup & Selected Vegetables神之叉燒飯是茶餐廳的其中一款熱門菜式。半肥瘦叉燒約有四至五件,口感鬆化。用蔥油炒的炒蛋的口感也頗為滑溜,味道香口。整個叉燒飯的醬汁也充足,感覺不會「乾爭爭」。飯的份量充足,男士也夠飽,同行父親吃這碗飯吃得不亦樂乎。。📌時菜Selected Vegetables是日時菜為菜心,色澤翠綠,熟度剛剛好。點一客時菜令是次晚餐更為營養更為均衡健康。。📌升級為凍檸檬可樂 +$13 套餐除了可選擇熱咖啡、熱奶茶外,還可以加錢轉配特飲。父親則點了冰爽醒神的凍檸樂,侍應送來了一個冰底及一罐可樂。

瑞士雞翼也是茶餐廳的其中一款拿手菜式,也是整頓晚餐令筆者最為印象深刻。雞翼相當入味,吸滿了瑞士汁。

每隻雞翼除了有雞中翼,還有雞翼尖的部分,感覺比單單吃雞中翼更為滿足。

輕輕撕開外皮,裡面的雞翼仍能保持滑嫩,可見廚師在滷煮瑞士雞翼時,溫度和時間拿捏得相當精準細緻。
