收工約左喺尖東返工既朋友食飯,朋友話有間佢去開既居酒屋,食物質素唔錯,於是就由佢帶路,黎到南洋中心嘅「沃川」食日式料理!沃川嘅店面不大,去到裡面已坐了一些客人,我哋walk in入去好彩都有位! 朋友最鍾意食魚生,刺身就緊係唔少得。點左條肉質鮮美嘅梭子魚,不過其味道較淡,醮點酸汁和著芽蔥一齊食,感覺口感清新特別 燒蝦蛄干香口有嚼勁,份量亦適中。燒一口蕃薯好甜,天氣熱黎杯特飲消暑解渴 最回味嘅係燒至金黄色又名七里香的雞股,表面燒到充滿油亮,未食先聞到一股香味,店員仲細心地叫我哋要趁熱食,口感和味道會更佳。我哋已急不及待地將佢送入口,呢種香味和口感真係幾特別,令人回味無窮 天婦羅也相當出色,特别係秋葵,炸完冇左滑潺潺嘅口感,反而帶點爽脆 ,好食,亦不覺油膩

天婦羅也相當出色,特别係秋葵,炸完冇左滑潺潺嘅口感,反而帶點爽脆 ,好食,亦不覺油膩
