To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身同老公諗住去Cafe度飲杯咖啡，最後行過見到周記點心就好想試吓，我哋叫咗蝦多士，燒賣， XO醬炒蘿蔔糕。首先嚟燒賣，佢有兩粒係黑松露燒賣，但我哋覺得味道好一般，同出邊嘅燒賣差唔多，之後就嚟蝦多士，呢個真係值得一試，一樓脆卜卜，加上面頭有芝麻，更加好食，而家都好回味， 哈哈😄最後就係XO醬蘿蔔糕，呢個都好食但係如果表面趣卜卜會好一點
