同老公去銅鑼灣行街,經過渣甸坊,有人在派宣傳單張,是附近一間叫野郎stone X鰻工房,主打鰻魚菜式和石燒。老公知我喜歡食鰻魚,所以今晚的晚餐就讓我們去這餐廳試試吧!餐廳地方不大,但都設有自助醬料區,還有昆布高湯和清水給客人享用!石燒,有牛、羊、豬、雞各種肉,提供不同份量選擇,老公選了西班牙黑豚肉200g,轉套餐加30元,有飯、湯、沙律無限添加,汽水一罐。黑豚肉用熱騰騰的石板盛載上枱,在石板上燒至六至七成熟,色澤保持粉嫩,而且散發出豚肉的果香味,油脂分布平均,肉質鮮嫩!鰻魚都有好多款揀,原條蒲燒鰻魚丼係其中一款,飯和鰻魚分開上,飯面鋪滿蛋絲和紫菜絲等,伴飯的時候不妨去醬料區拎些適合自己口味的醬料加入,可以提升味道,鰻魚用蒲燒的做法,經過蒸及燒的過程令鰻魚外脆內嫩,配上微甜醬汁分外香口。
