To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前有係IFC 間分店食過 覺得好食 所以諗住元朗在試下。不過,水準差好遠。 唔知係唔係開多左分店, 控制唔到水準。 個牛肝菌意粉咸到洗腎,不停想飲野。 豬肉及雞肉串燒不過不失,不過份量少。沙嗲醬係調配得好。 蟹肉牛油果沙律 ,真係食唔出有蟹肉,好能蟹肉的成份少到一個極點。沙律係好清新, 可以沖淡左意粉的咸,不過唔值呢個價。飲品果茶不過不失,果香味都濃,但一加蜜蜂,就變左蜂蜜水。冇曬果香。另一杯朋友飲, 蜜桃冰茶。朋友話 又好酸又好甜,唔係太好飲。 甜品係好食,加左酒同coffe淋係燉蛋上面中和左燉蛋的甜。另外,服務質素差,冇論是落單定結帳,d待應都好似睇你唔到咁,舉左超耐手先有人理。整體來講, 無論食物質數及服務都唔值呢個價。
