日本野真係食極都唔會厭,今次就揀咗呢間口碑幾好嘅日式水產專門店嚟食午餐~刺身拼盆有中拖羅、帆立貝、三文魚同埋油甘魚刺身,雖然份量唔多,但係每一件刺身都好鮨味。中拖羅、三文魚同油甘魚嘅魚味濃郁之餘,油脂味亦都好香,特別係中拖羅,入口即溶;而帆立貝更加係鮮甜嫩滑,就算唔點豉油調味,就咁食都已經好正~西京燒其實係指以西京麵豉醬(又稱白味噌),作為主要醃料嘅燒物。三文魚嘅外皮燒到焦黑,而魚肉嘅表面就仍然維持粉嫩嘅橙色,當中帶少少焦紅色,賣相更加吸引。因為大部分嘅油脂已經嚮燒煮嘅過程中逼咗出嚟,所以食落一啲都唔油膩,肉質表面嫩滑,咬落口感結實唔會鬆散,濕度適中,味道甘甜鮮美,高質~雖然意式食法嘅風味比較豐富,但醬油同埋香蔥嘅味道太濃,將帆立貝嘅鮮味蓋過咗,已經食唔到帆立貝嘅鮮甜,所以我個人唔係咁鍾意呢種食法。雖則甜蝦食落肉質結實、口感嫩滑、味道甘甜,但38蚊4隻,其實唔算抵食~腦天即係吞拿魚頭頂嘅肉,一條吞拿魚可能只係得兩片,口感軟滑,筋少而脂肪多,魚味極濃,最啱刺身食用。 經過火灸之後,脂味更加突出,入口即溶,油香瞬間充滿咗成個口腔,令人一試難忘~
