刺身大件不在話下,重點係件件都新鮮個下勁加分
仲諗住8款壽司食唔飽 點知食曬都8成full
不過最後都有encore 到火炙鰈魚邊

本人對於肥美油香既鰈魚邊真係好難抵抗
見個肚仲有位就緊係嗌多碟oishi啦


呢間真係值得再幫襯 下次一定會試下佢地既丼
相信佢既質素唔會令我失望

We ordered the 火炙鰈魚邊、黑鮪、三文魚、魷魚明太子丼, the sashimi looked and tasted fresh, however the flounder edge can be torched a bit more, so the fish oil can be more charred and fragrant. 已很久沒來油麻地店吃丼了,但是沒有辦法,水準更好的灣仔原店的結業,讓我不得不再來油麻地店吃,不是說油麻地店的刺身不好,只是服務水平與灣仔店有著太大距離,灣仔店的殷勤是現在香港的餐廳很少見到的,好吧,說回油麻地店吧,刺身除了十分新鮮外,還非常的厚及大件,他們切的吞拿魚不是廉價的赤身,是連帶著少少白身的,吃入口時的魚肉更有甘香感覺,而且除了刺身外,丼內還有些配料,例如是生薑,牛蒡,紫菜,黃蘿蔔,材料豐富,更有麵豉湯,可能我比較胃口少,往往吃到最後都會剩少量白飯,吃完已十分滿足,要知道我上班是在港島東,為了吃丼要專程乘地鐵到九龍,可以想像他有多麼的吸引😍😍😍。

其實間中都會泥食、但泥左咁多次、終於遇見的鮪魚骨排

由於呢間店一向來都好新鮮、所以要等到開新魚先有骨排、非常開心撞正有得食


之後都試過飛天本鮪大拖羅、鮪魚鮫拖羅刺身、抽子胡椒鮪魚黑玉刺身、火炙面頰,腦天,鮪魚筋....每一道菜都好好食。finally 終於試到骨排🤤

另外值得推薦的是海鮮丼、用料新鮮、魚湯好足料👍🏻 食完真心大滿足!

其他壽司都非常新鮮、香港少有我會間中想去食既日式料理、有在日本既感覺🤤

老友約會試下啦一入門口一睇餐牌同一般店一樣不太特別餐牌內可以自選配答刺身可以選擇的也很多口感味道新鮮而且肥厚的帶子令人回味份量足夠另附上一碗很大的湯味道剛剛好再熱D就更好吃飽了飯再飲令人有豐富的飽肚的感覺可以一試的但是市面上還有更多的好選擇所以你們要加把勁吧!環境衛生可以!

不太特別

餐牌內可以自選配答刺身

可以選擇的也很多

口感味道新鮮而且肥厚的帶子令人回味

份量足夠

另附上一碗很大的湯味道剛剛好

再熱D就更好

吃飽了飯再飲令人有豐富的飽肚的感覺

可以一試的

但是市面上還有更多的好選擇所以你們要加把勁吧!

環境衛生可以!

丼飯黎有半粒青檸,加一點進去會較清新。蝦感覺沒有其他食材那麼新鮮,沒有甚麼蝦味。

三文魚丼主力當然是三文魚喇。生的三文魚有三片,不是三文魚腩,味道新鮮但油脂味道不重不出。

燒過的三文魚同樣是有三片,因為是疊著燒所以頭尾兩片會比較熟,中間那片會比較生。相比起生三文魚,我覺得稍微燒過的三文魚味道較為優勝。表面稍稍燒過令三文魚的味道濃一點出一點,突出三文魚的味道,而裡面又保持著一般生三文魚的口感。

不過最有驚喜的是蟹肉,食得出夠新鮮有濃濃的蟹味,而不是那些沒有味道單靠鹽水的鹹味來調味。

原價$148+10%=$162.8的丼飯,減價後為$148-$50+14.8=$112.8,比原價抵食。食物味道都不錯的夠新鮮,分量就不算很大,刺身分量也不多,女仔食是夠的。見到其他食評說服務態度幾好,我就不太覺得了,想請店員加水都請了兩三次才有水飲
如果以原價來食我就不會來了因為都是比較貴,如果有優惠而那天我想食刺身飯,都可以考慮。

有朋友成日行過都話呢間好食,終於黎試下~明太子蛋卷都可以,鰻魚不錯,麵豉湯跟平常的差不多。海鮮丼普通,算幾好,不過不覺得特別鮮味。另外,如果刺身有多啲選擇就好啦~可能因為去過日本食刺身,已經返唔到轉頭...嗰種鮮味係香港食唔到啦~個烏冬好食無諗過啲菜係菠菜,整得幾好~配三文魚及魚子好好食~不過忌廉汁令人有啲滯,好在有個蔬菜沙律~老公想試大拖羅,百幾蚊值得試~嘩...原來超肥! 我有啲怕,佢就食得超高興😅係幾肥美嘅~真係飽哂...

今曰諗住用張半價劵去食,點完餐突然話慶祝築地漁市場搬去豐州而暫停半價優惠,改為每個餐減$50。相信因為人太多。好,我照食。點咗兩個餐,加明太子玉子卷,加兩串牛脷。到埋單$1127。然後話優惠唔可以用卡,但全場只係話半價優惠同$300以下先唔可以用卡。到最後我堅持用卡佢地先收。問題係,後面一枱有6-7個人都係用卡,我問職員點解其他人可以用?佢答唔知。經過今次,以後唔會再去。利申,通常每個月都會去一兩次!
