To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為香港人,茶記既早餐可以話係我既comfort food之一,如果可以食到一個正既早餐作為一日既開始,一定會更加有動力工作,無奈作為一個朝9晚6既打工仔😞,朝早要享受一個咁既早餐實在太奢侈,除非你願意犧牲寶貴既睡眠時間,所以茶記既常餐其實係可以滿足到一班平時食唔到早餐既打工仔😍自問並唔係蕃茄狂熱者,食西餐如果有得揀紅湯定白湯,我通常都會後者,因為羅宋湯俾我感覺就係一個酸字,唯獨旺記既蕃茄湯底令我開始識得欣賞蕃茄酸酸甜甜既滋味☺️入返正題,呢次已經係第三次黎食呢個午5餐,放假就俾自己放縱下啦,所以將麥包多士轉左做邪惡奶油豬,點邪惡法?你睇下面頭厚厚一層煉奶就知。😂其實旺記門口都有個牌講左餐廳選用日本蛋,但入到餐廳無意中見到一箱箱日本蛋,無疑令到人對炒滑蛋多左一份期待😛滑蛋好嫩滑,唔會過熟,令人忍唔住一啖接一啖👍🏻主角蕃茄午餐肉公仔面出場,因為諗住面可以沾多啲湯,所以就將原本既通粉轉做面,午餐肉喺茶記雖然好常見,但呢度將午餐肉厚切粒狀再半煎炸,外脆內軟既口感令人食指大動🤤飲品方面,第一次黎既時候發現到有平時少見既鮮薑汁奶茶,自從試完一次之後,呢杯奶茶已經變左我既必然之選,新鮮薑汁微辣既感覺

其實旺記門口都有個牌講左餐廳選用日本蛋,但入到餐廳無意中見到一箱箱日本蛋,無疑令到人對炒滑蛋多左一份期待😛

滑蛋好嫩滑,唔會過熟,令人忍唔住一啖接一啖👍🏻

飲品方面,第一次黎既時候發現到有平時少見既鮮薑汁奶茶,自從試完一次之後,呢杯奶茶已經變左我既必然之選,新鮮薑汁微辣既感覺配埋香滑奶茶竟然出期地夾😉
同行友人試左愛爾蘭咖啡都話有喜出望外既感覺,我淺嘗左一啖,酒香醇既味道令人有一刻置身cafe既感覺🙈

如果要求環境舒適,呢間茶記可能未必符合你既要求,但我反而覺得略為逼狹既座位可以拉近人與人之間既距離,享受美食同時可以更容易同朋友分享即時既感受😊
