To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐等了整整30分鐘都沒來，不停說雞扒很厚要等。最後沒等埋單走，員工不但沒有道歉，竟然還要求收正價餐飲$20, 簡直是不知所謂。只有三個樓面員工，不停接外賣，要茶餐廳來的客人等候，不如關門做外賣算了。What a disgusting experience, my husband and I had lunch and I completely finished my dish and his hasn't even arrived. No one cares even after chasing for several times. 3 staff working serving around 80 customers plus tons of takeaway orders. We did not wait for it, tried settling the bill and ridiculously got asked to pay for a $20 lemon tea for a tea did not drink at all at an a la carte price
