去銅鑼灣做完body check,就喺附近嘅A.T.A.S食埋飯。雖然呢度係屬於自助式,但係環境寬敞,座位之間空間感十足,坐喺餐廳入面都好舒適。呢度主要係做星馬風味嘅菜式。叻沙材料包括有蝦、魚蛋、豆卜同洽蛋,用料十足,而且湯底辣得嚟夠晒香口。叻沙可以選擇唔同嘅麵條,而我就揀咗粗米粉,即係類似平時食開嘅米線。炸魚片米粉同樣用上粗米粉,再配上炸魚片、白菜、蕃茄,魚湯呈奶白色,滋潤得嚟又唔會腥。炸魚片仲配埋紫菜,朔晒湯勁好味。特別要推介佢哋嘅咖椰爆漿,總共有兩款口味,而我就揀咗花生醬配朱古力榛子醬,上面再灑上厚厚嘅美祿粉。入邊內藏一片牛油,再配埋朱古力榛子醬,真係人間美食。潮流興Black Pink,其實佢係玫瑰露仙草,少甜嘅味道都幾啱飲。而班蘭薏米水味道就更加清新,加入咗薏米令飲品有淡淡的米香。
