但原來野生既係心會唔同啲

口感好滑,而且魚香超級豐富,

加上用左炭網燒皮下脂肪,將啲油份逼左出黎,
美味加倍

而家係seasonal,平時食赤貝就多,
鳥貝真係第一次食!
味道好爽甜,超級好食

好似比赤貝更好食

野生藍鯨吞拿魚
平時食既吞拿魚多數都比較油脂豐富,

但野生吞拿魚完全唔會有膩既感覺
