To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 素食點心都可以好精緻,好好食架!圖一. 金邊苗餃。一開始以為金邊苗係菜名,原來係有金邊!入面係皇帝菜(唔食皇帝菜嘅朋友要慎思圖二. 香脆蘿蔔糕。炸粉略厚,蘿蔔糕味道偏淡但好軟綿綿圖三. 片皮鴨。以為會用素鴨(即腐皮)去做個鴨肉,但佢地竟係炸猴頭菇!!!而且炸得岩岩好,保留住啲菇汁係到!而且唔係比啲蔥絲青瓜絲你包咁簡間~而係有哈蜜瓜絲、紅椒絲、青瓜絲、甘旬絲。依道絕對係必點菜!最後.春風得意腸粉。就係滑滑腸粉包住春卷喇~都係要趁熱食嘅點心!
