當造的秋刀魚閃閃發光,係今晚壽司中味道最濃最鮮的魚。

-黑龍魚壽司
相比之下這款黑龍魚就顯得比較沉穩內歛些,魚味沒有太濃,但肉質肉質在爽與稔之間徘徊,令人一試難忘。

-中吞拿魚腩、芥末籽壽司
典型的中昋拿魚入口即溶,油份恰到好處,油而不膩!

-北海道馬糞海膽手卷
最後是最期待的北海道馬糞手卷,一啖放入口,差點連手指也食埋,味道濃郁,正!

甜品前食點鮮甜濃郁嘅𩶘魚湯暖吓個胃。

最後嘅甜品
-士多啤梨雪糕
以甜甜酸酸嘅士多啤梨蛋糕作結尾!今晚的享受一流!
