想食辣嘅心癮每隔一陣就會起,普通嘅辣已經滿足唔到我,要食就要食最正宗嘅四川菜,辣到口水鼻涕流晒出嚟先至過癮😆一入到餐廳,我同朋友已經急不及待睇吓有咩好嘢食😝好想食肉,所以叫咗一客貴州辣子雞($188)~貴州辣子雞同重慶辣子雞煮法上有好大分別,我自己就鍾意貴州辣子雞多啲,比較濕潤柔和,亦都唔會炒到啲雞肉嚡熠熠😚朋友話一定要食乾煽黃鱔 ($238),因為烹調嘅工夫多又繁瑣,有得食一定要叫🥹炸黃鱔肉酥香鬆化,乾嘅青紅辣椒籽充滿整碟黃鱔,每一啖都又麻又辣,好好食😋唔可以錯過嘅仲有干鍋肥腸 ($98),夠哂邪惡🙈肥腸嘅肥油令到成個干鍋都香噴噴,雖然超重口味,但麻辣可以分解到肥腸嘅油脂,食到停唔到口,係今餐嘅MVP🏅
