To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日要慶祝一個特別日子,想找一間舒適特別的餐廳吃一頓豐盛的晚飯,經朋友介紹去了尖沙咀鮨燐,我點了sake pairing x Omakase,真是很有特色。先來前菜配桃色純米酒,這酒很易入口,前菜的剝皮魚及岩手縣蠔味道一流。刺身配‘初櫻’淡淡米香,刺身包括章紅魚兩食、淡路島針魚、中Toro、大Toro及雪魚白子,大Toro油膩正,白子很creamy 。壽司配上兩款sake 是一年熟成的‘幸姬‘及另一杯無濾過生原米酒,酒味較濃配壽司一絕 ,壽司有深海池魚、牡丹蝦、活赤貝、銀雪魚及我最愛的海膽,魚蝦非常生鮮,海膽份量十足。最後蟹雜炊跟純米吟釀作結,蟹雜炊裏混合了蟹蟹肉和蟹膏味道非常之好!最後還有綠茶奶凍做甜品,奶味香而不太甜。這裏地方舒適、服務殷勤。再加上肉質細膩、味道一流的刺身和壽司,配搭上合適嘅sake,我覺得物有所值,一定會再來。
