To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工後決定約埋朋友一齊試下呢間來自中國既大型連鎖四川菜 瘋狂小面🍜餐廳位於中環商廈一樓，裝修特別，融入了中國風味係網上見到好多人叫缽缽雞，於是我地都叫左個兩人份量黎試下，係由30串肉同30串素蔬所組成，選配了藤椒湯，辣度選了小辣。店員說正宗食法其實是配凍湯，但亦可以選擇加熱，由於天氣凍 我們選擇了暖湯🍵湯底係由豬骨同雞骨每天新鮮熬製數小時，所以味道十足！每款食物都有兩串，好貼心。廚房特意把食材薄切，讓食物吸收湯底精華，每口都是麻辣香，吃個不停，而且辣度適合我呢個唔食得辣既人另外叫左個瘋狂套餐，選了干撈麵類中的: 瘋狂豌雜麵🍜另加了大排，牛肚和滷蛋🥚干撈麵條口感煙韌，配上蔥花 芫荽 花生，好惹味！又讓人吃個不停小食揀左蒸蛋🍳非常嫩滑飲品則選了雪梨菊花茶，清甜潤喉的雪梨菊花，不會太甜，好好飲為美味的晚飯畫上完美句號平時返工中午都會再黎食
