Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

純粹路過 @big_grains 打算逛個圈 誰料到眼尾掃掃 👀發現雪櫃內標籤有「開心果」字眼🤩隨即問職員 什麼時候出爐不消一分鐘就見到「雪山」本人嘿嘿😈開心～⍥ 開心果雪山 ❙ $26彷如雪山造型鹹包夾著濃濃純開心果醬幼滑且濃稠 比較黏口包包軟熟又有彈性面頭海量開心果碎 整體鹹鹹甜甜 balance得幾好都滿足到我呢個半個開心果控⍥ 明太子法棍 ❙ $26翌日焗爐翻熱法包香脆 煙韌中不失軟熟感滿滿的明太子沙律醬 令人滾動不止頂部 連法包的切割面也佔八成雖然足料 但沒有霸道地鹹有明太子一般都偏油 這也不例外
