To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直喜歡♥️西班牙、葡萄牙菜，口味近似亞洲風味、海鮮又做得出色。難得在香港都食到咁高水準的葡萄牙菜😀👍🏻我哋食 brunch, 限時兩小時，有welcome bread, 5款頭盤，1個主菜和一款甜品。每一道頭盤已經好好味，到主菜都不會令人失望。焗鴨飯的飯面經過輕烤，微燶做成脆脆飯焦，增加了口感，當然飯內的鴨肉也是可口juicy 的。同伴的主菜是葡式烤乳豬，我覺得呢份乳豬比在葡萄牙食到的更正，可能味道配合了香港人吧😆..最後的甜品推介菠蘿雲吞配開心果海棉蛋糕🍰。廚師好刀功把菠蘿切成超薄片，輕輕地擱在迷你海棉蛋糕上，顏色鮮艷，外形有點似魔鬼怪，非常有趣😄！當然味道也出色啦😙.
