To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢度燒雞唔係大大隻,但係食落味道真係令人驚訝!我係一個鍾意食鷄胸嘅人(我知我好怪),鷄胸要煮得好食係非常高深嘅學問。大家都知鷄脾好食,所以煮得好食唔難;但係煮到鷄胸好食嘅餐廳(我食過嘅)不出5間。Chicken Factory 係一間連鎖店,上OR睇都有好多間分店,但係如果整得好食,用中央工場係絕對冇問題呀。呢度嘅雞胸肉軟林&有香味,連一個見到鷄胸會縐眉頭嘅人都話好食!而且價錢用抵到爛去形容,今日只係$48一隻!(我希望老細唔好見到呢個食評加價,反而應該俾張9折卡我)今日冇影相,不過其他人應該都有po。真希望有多d呢d有誠意有心機有技術嘅餐廳出現!加油!
