To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱喺星加坡返嚟,覺得當地嘅海南雞飯一啲都唔好食。行開附近,想搵嘢食,見到呢度有海南雞飯,雖然食評不多,但個個讚好,所以入嚟試一下。賣相都唔錯,都好大碟,又有湯,都係$50 ,因為天氣熱我加咗$9買個豆漿飲。個湯同個雞都會灑啲蔥,唔食蔥嘅朋友買飛嘅時候記得講一聲「走蔥」😅食材好味,雞好滑,雞油D飯雞油都好勻循,味道啱啱好,個湯就鹹啲。除咗跟蘿蔔之外,旁邊仲有埋薑蓉。呢個海南雞飯好好食,加埋只係$50 ,CP值簡直爆燈。超值,值得推介。😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

位於烏溪沙迎海會商場雖然不乏中西餐廳,但係一般嘅價錢都係一個$100以上一個餐,如果以外賣來說偏貴,所以Chicken Factory外賣係幾好嘅選擇。本人最喜歡海南雞配油飯,改做雞髀為只需要加幾蚊。雞既肉非常嫩滑,而且無骨,唔鍾意有骨嘅朋友一定好滿意。雞油飯又香又好味,仲有酸酸辣辣嘅配菜同薑蓉,非常惹味開胃。另外,嗜辣嘅朋友可以選擇麻辣海南雞飯,麻辣嘅醬料係分開嘅,食到幾辣都係自己決定。至於之前試過嘅燒雞,我就唔建議啦,因為我覺得味道一般,海南雞飯出色好多。至於跟餐仲可以配飲品,只需加$6-12就有好味嘅豆漿、咖啡、奶茶或者冷泡茶任君選擇。另外,我最欣賞嘅係佢唔需要等好耐就完成製作食物,趕時間嘅話,呢個一定係最好嘅選擇,大約5分鐘就會可以攞到食物。

Chicken Factory - 烏溪沙今次就響烏溪沙迎海薈一間叫Chicken Factory的餐廳買左個烤雞餐試一試。《重量級皇牌烤雞餐》烤雞半隻 +麻辣醬+雞油飯 +烤雜菜+冷泡茶$68今次就選擇左一個68$既重量級皇牌烤雞餐,大約等左7-8分鐘就有得拎。首先講講個烤雞,今次叫左半隻既份量,其實隻雞都幾大隻,肉質方面都幾嫩滑多汁,但味道有微微偏咸。另外,醬汁方面選擇左麻辣醬,雖然麻的感覺不是很強烈,但麻辣味道都幾濃郁。另外,套餐配埋雞油飯同雜菜,份量相當豐富。跟餐還有一支飲品,我就簡左支落神花檸檬汁冷泡茶,酸酸甜甜的味道都幾好飲,食完啲咸咸辣辣既烤雞,飲返啖都幾解膩。整體黎講都唔錯,唯獨係有輕微偏咸,不過依個價位黎講相當抵食

呢度燒雞唔係大大隻,但係食落味道真係令人驚訝!我係一個鍾意食鷄胸嘅人(我知我好怪),鷄胸要煮得好食係非常高深嘅學問。大家都知鷄脾好食,所以煮得好食唔難;但係煮到鷄胸好食嘅餐廳(我食過嘅)不出5間。Chicken Factory 係一間連鎖店,上OR睇都有好多間分店,但係如果整得好食,用中央工場係絕對冇問題呀。呢度嘅雞胸肉軟林&有香味,連一個見到鷄胸會縐眉頭嘅人都話好食!而且價錢用抵到爛去形容,今日只係$48一隻!(我希望老細唔好見到呢個食評加價,反而應該俾張9折卡我)今日冇影相,不過其他人應該都有po。真希望有多d呢d有誠意有心機有技術嘅餐廳出現!加油!
