To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

若要在自己的飲食習慣來個KonMari，四川麻辣肯定是讓我spark joy的🔥首次到來，選了肥腸麵（小辣、BB麻）、烏梅汁、棒棒雞（+$32）和冰粉的套餐。小麵份量一點也不少，湯底濃郁，肥腸非常乾淨，沒有肥膏，沒有羶味，辣得來不會嗆口；棒棒雞無骨，芝麻香四溢，不會太辣，像我習慣吃BB至小辣的也接受得到；冰粉佐以花生、梅乾、酒釀和芝麻，解辣一流。價錢老實說是略貴，不過中環地段，當是一個提價的理由吧。
