話說3年前同朋友去過越南,當時經常食河粉同法包,日日食到我都怕,呢幾年我都無再食越南菜,但難得放假,女朋友又想食呢間遠近馳名嘅越南餐廳,我就就咗去買外賣。我好早已經去到,但店舖已經接咗好多單,開咗半個鐘,我都要等45分鐘先拎到嘢食,而且店家有啲亂,出嘢食好似無跟順序咁…但食嘢最緊要味道! 首先一碗生牛肉湯河,湯頭清甜,牛味亦足,可惜牛肉好韌,但呢個價位都正常嘅。另外又叫咗一碗豬扒拼墨魚餅撈檬,個豬扒唔錯,香茅味足,肉質唔柴,墨魚餅就非常惹味,口質彈牙,墨魚味又夠,可惜得一舊,如果鍾意食,應該要叫小食,個汁就酸酸哋,都幾開胃。最後仲有最驚喜嘅豬頸肉法包,法包非常脆,豬頸肉就正常味道,因為佢個醬太出色,如果經過真係會叫一個食。
