太平館相信大家都很略有耳聞,是它們家的疏乎厘還是瑞士汁雞翼還是店內穿上老西但態度令人怕怕的叔叔待應呢?周日午后到路過中環分店看到有套餐,便毫不猶豫懷念一下老香港,order of the day:📝套餐A足料濃味羅宋湯配牛油餐包,主食是瑞士汁乾炒牛河,配橙汁🍊📝套餐B港式栗米忌廉濃湯配牛油餐包,主食是焗葡國雞飯,配凍奶茶☕️「很」「好」「吃」🥺能夠保持水準很可貴!很多餐廳上市後食物味道變得商業化,以葡國雞飯為例,太平館的葡汁的texture用了薯蓉提升,雞件更是採用脆皮燒雞,是用心的烹調!乾炒牛河亦不是印象中把一茶匙的油吞進肚子,牛肉和菜心都很入味😋
