To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度超級差，食物垃圾!今晚9:30pm去等外賣時，見門口位置冇客，所以座低等，等左10分鐘有4位客人進來，個waitress拎起我張外賣單叫果4位座，我當時係仲座係其中一個位，佢好似睇我唔到咁就叫客人座低。我就問佢我個外賣仲要等幾耐，佢勁唔耐煩話10-15分鐘，我話而家已經10分鍾了，佢繼續話係無咁快架bo, 你外賣又要包要時間!咁我都明白需要時間等侯，但有堂食客人來要做生意，都可以禮貌點同我講聲，叫我讓張枱出黎等多陣，而唔係拎走我張外賣單就要我下意識離開!難道等外賣不是客人嗎？waitress似老闆娘 紮馬尾辮，不懂服務就唔好開餐廳啦～
