To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地又一段時間無黎中環食飯喇，咁岩老婆既朋友約我地兩口子出來食飯，初頭唔知去邊道食好，三人行最後黎左翠玉軒食晚飯。【滋味炆牛尾】必點！牛尾肉非常嫩，又淋，吸收哂醬汁好野味！建議兩個人共享一份，因為份量頗大，一個人食再送飯會好易飽，但今次有少許濃味左，送飯一流！。【西班牙黑豚叉燒】， 第一次係D道地方叫叉燒，但叉燒嘅肉質又幾好食又夠淋半肥瘦岩岩好，唔怪之後我朋友極力推薦，如果可以多一點燒烤嘅香味會更加好。【螺片扒翡翠】上湯煮過螺片後放在清炒翡翠苗上，是個濃、淡、爽、滑的奇妙組合，好吃的。【海龍皇豆腐煲】又多一個未試過的菜式，內裡有勁多大大隻既鮮蝦，香滑既豆腐，新鮮海帶，而煮出香濃既上湯，湯裡勁香濃好味。【和牛沙律】必點！
