To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夏日炎炎大家也被酷熱天氣弄得發飆了嗎!極度怕熱的車媽媽就更加覺得痛苦!所以決定約好友到酒店嘆場冰涼消暑的Afternoon Tea。港威酒店的Three on Canton與Häagen-Dazs攜手呈獻全新仲夏果漾下午茶,吃雪糕當然是消暑再加上果香滿滿的鹹甜點心,我們便可以疏肝地渡過一個炎熱的下午了。這仲夏果漾下午茶由7鹹4甜點心加Häagen-Dazs雪糕和鬆餅組合而成,上檯時侍應會加水入乾冰處增添仙氣及冰涼感覺,令色彩繽紛的賣相更加奪目誘人。平時吃下午茶我必先品嚐鹹點!但這趟有Häagen-Dazs坐陣當然要先享用雪糕,口味分別是西瓜士多啤梨雪糕及車厘子黑莓雪糕,前者充滿士多啤梨味之餘會帶上幽幽的西瓜清甜好特別,後者則是酸甜可口的莓果味道,兩者也口感清爽雪糕迷必愛。吃過雪糕後到品嚐鹹點的時候,件頭不細的鹹點吃罷挺飽肚很滿足,如果選晚一點吃真的連晚餐也可省掉。當中有兩杯鹹點分別是蔬菜條配牛油果醬和墨西哥玉米片配車打芝士醬,一個清新一個香口兩款也很吸引。這件是羊奶芝士配西瓜及杏仁, 以清甜多汁的西瓜配上濃郁的羊奶芝士,吃下甜美中帶上鹹香口感味道也非常令人有新鮮感。然後這件是芝士焗大啡

說到口感豐富必數這件蟹肉牛油果窩夫三文治,鮮味蟹肉配牛油果這夢幻的組合我是沒法挑剔,最估不到以窩夫三文治來配搭竟有種如魚得水的味道。

最後還有邪惡又吸引的鵝肝慕絲配草莓羅勒沙沙,以士多啤梨和羅勒調配出清新可口的沙沙醬,一口吃下是濃郁甘香的鵝肝慕絲同時沙沙醬可中和油膩感,絕對是廚師貼心的設計。

首嚐第一件甜點士多啤梨西瓜香草撻,用上自家製新鮮士多啤梨西瓜果醬加上士多啤梨味雲呢嗱吉士醬,再配合新鮮水果粒弄成這鬆脆香脆的鮮果撻。

說到最喜歡的甜點就是這顆車厘子黑莓忌廉球,以車厘子醬製成球狀包裹著車厘子慕絲及原粒黑莓內餡,吃下去口感柔滑味道酸甜可口太能討我歡心了。
