To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

半年時間眨眨眼便過去大家過得好嗎！昨天收到一位朋友的狗狗去世消息真的心痛！但人生不如意事十常八九而我則選擇用美食來治療傷痛。2023年的下午年正式開始，就跟車爸爸到久別重逢的Pierside Bar & Restaurant品嚐剛推出的優惠套餐，再次踏足餐廳環境依舊舒適有種別來無恙的感覺，我們這夜要品嚐的是新鮮熱辣推出的Summer Delight Dinner Menu，四道菜連飲品也不需$400 CP值超高耶。甫坐下侍應先送來熱烘烘的麵包，兩款包包吃下外層口感香脆內裏鬆軟，塗上香滑牛油來品嚐零舍好味道。前菜是Holland Tomato, Burrata Cheese Salad, Asparagus, Baby Beet, Balsamico，來自荷蘭番茄帶著肉肉的口感配奶香滿盈的流心水牛芝士沙律，還有露筍及紅甜菜伴以醇香的黑醋調味，絕對是清爽又引人入勝的前菜。接下來餐湯有冷熱版本可以選擇，車爸爸選了暖胃的Cream of Green Pea Soup，青豆忌廉湯入口香濃綿滑沒有一絲豆腥的味道，換來盡是清甜又不膩的可口滋味，我跟他也十分喜歡這個熱騰騰青豆湯。怕熱的我則選了Chil

 怕熱的我則選了Chilled Avocado and Cucumber Soup，這個牛油果青瓜凍湯想像到口感有多濃稠，但喝下又不會有漿嘴的感覺而且味道亦是我喜歡的，超適合炎炎夏日去盡情享用。

 西冷是他最愛吃的牛肉部位這件牛扒切開挺粉嫩賣相不俗，見他默默地品嚐相信質素不俗。

 而我則選了Oven-roasted Barbecued Baby Pork Ribs, Grilled Pineapple，一客內有兩件香烤豬排骨份量挺足，再配上一件扒菠蘿對我來說非常稱心。

 香烤豬肋骨弄得挺淋滑配上惹味的BBQ醬總不會叫人失望，不過新鮮多汁的扒菠蘿對我來說吸引力更大呢嘻嘻。

 來到最後一道菜Dessert我們得到的甜品是Ice-cream Sundae，這個非一般的雪糕新地造型非常別緻令人彷如置中海洋之中極有意景。
