今晚去了元朗做完公司野。諗住搵個好耐無見既朋友食飯。她住係元朗。自然熟悉元朗有咩好食。等到她會合之後。她帶我去食一間大排檔。佢話好出名。仲可坐到零晨四點。間大排檔好開揚。最好就是坐位夠闊。梨山汁一字骨。有酸甜排骨的特色兩種特別味道配合得天衣無縫。酸甜適中。入口肉質有咬勁。蒜蓉白菜仔。白菜仔新鮮。廚師好有功力。蒜蓉炒非常夠火喉。完全展現大排檔既特式。鬼馬咕嚕墨魚咀。從來未試過用這煮法。一般椒鹽為主。但咕嚕之下。甜酸適宜。胃口大開。招牌即燒炭火燒雞。用大瓦缸高溫碳即場燒。上枱時熱氣騰騰。由上而下的油不斷浸出。外皮更是熱辣辣的脆皮。再食埋入面肉質更是驚為天人!肉質鮮嫩多汁。調味粉量剛好。未致太咸。
