我哋成日話要保育,特別係有歷史價值,受過歲月磨洗嘅事物,但又唔係乜嘢都要保留。好似呢間大牌檔,非常之有香港懷舊特色,睇落好有風味咁,但事實係咪呢?就係咁吸引咗我去光顧,炒丁麵竟然要$53,仲要冇包飲品。諗嚟諗去卒之叫芙蓉蛋飯,因為好耐冇食過,記得以前中學年代喺熟食街市食嘅真係好好食,想回味一番。但飯嚟到擺喺眼前,一睇就知唔掂,廚子冇料到,賣相零分,一啲都唔尊重碟飯,唔尊重食客,唔尊重自己廚子嘅生分,成碟都只係碳水化合物咁。飯裏面嘅豉油少得可憐,蛋裏面冇乜半熟蛋漿,芽菜火腿正常,唯一可以讚係啲炒蛋係炒得有蛋香,啲飯似係平價飯,冇乜好食,咁就盛惠$47,你唔好去搶?若果唔係近工廠區,都唔知關門大吉幾耐,政府只向沙田陳根記埋手,封殺大牌檔,咁收埋呢間啦唔該,唔好再影響市容,畀人誤墮中伏。
