To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友多次推介熊拉麵,話d 拉麵好得禾,琴晚終於有機會去試試佢上環區,只要唔係返工時間,食店都唔會好多人,大把位坐我一個人,所以選擇到bar 枱位坐,感覺食日本野都要坐bar 枱位有feel 一點有選擇困難的我,又想食招牌,又想食黑熊,又想試下限定最後都係揀左黑熊,因為我一向都中意食黑蒜湯底既黑熊只有一塊叉燒,冇半熟蛋博多拉麵就當然係細麵啦,但竟然細麵都仲有兩個粗度選擇,我選左1.5mm 中幼麵其實我偏愛太麵,不過食得博多拉麵就預左冇我中意食的太麵了湯底有濃濃豬骨湯味,加上適量的黑蒜油,味道岩岩好
