To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間粉麵店嘅魚旦有號稱自家制造，在食評界都叫做係一間名牌人氣店，揾食肥華亦係一個魚旦粉愛好者，6月13日要到廣華醫院例檢，路經此店亦被佢嘅名氣吸引入內試吓佢碗魚旦粉是否坊間傳說咁正，當日大約下午兩點左右肥華到達此店門前，巳見店内有八九成入座率，人氣之店果非虚傳，經此店員工安排座位之後，肥華柯打咗此店名物之一，魚旦湯河粉一碗及一杯涷檸茶，等到名物上枱，肥華先嚐湯底，感覺非常清淡衹有少少魚旦粉湯底味道，再試埋個魚旦，彈牙，爽口，魚味呢三種好食魚旦嘅基本條件都冇，咁呢碗魚旦粉正常好味嘅反而係魚片，及個河粉底而杯涷檸茶都係大路貨色，總結在人流旺區以$42食到咁嘅水準魚旦粉餐係OK嘅，但唔好抱住朝聖心態來此店試食，咁你就會此店魚旦粉失望少啲
